Imagine starting every day hungry, unable to focus on what your teacher is saying over your growling stomach and pounding headache. Unfortunately for too many Nigerian children, this is a reality. When a child is hungry, it is hard to learn.
Many children go to school hungry and end up leaving school to go home to try and find food. Many families are too poor to feed their children. The positive impact a school feeding program has in the life of a child is both immediate and long-term.
In partnership with Lagos State government and the Lagos state standard universal and basic education board, we serve breakfast to some adopted schools in the Yaba /Ebute-metta area of Lagos State. Our Menu includes a variety of balanced meals that a child needs for development.
